The Day of Fate!

The Day of Fate!
Had the sixth sense of my wisdom signaled me a little of the most worrisome incident of kidnap of Baby Sai Tejeswini, I would have not allowed this to happen. 26th of December, 2005. It was an evening as brilliant as any other day in the Tirumala Hills, Tirupathi. Teja was playing as she does usually. The servant of the house took her to the nearby shops by 5.30 pm. Both of them did not return for a long time. Thoughts started boggling the mind. Whether both of them met with some accident? Or what could be the problem. But no one could guess that the servant had kidnapped the baby.
Filing of Complaint
The parents of the baby realized that their baby had been kidnapped only when they received a phone call from the kidnapper. He told over phone that the baby was safe with him. He was not ready to give back the baby nor did he demand any ransom. Police complaints were filed with the Tirumala II Town Police Station, Tirumala (FIR No.50/2005.
Tracing the Kidnapper
The kidnapper used to make telephone calls from various places in Tamilnadu. By fixing a caller-ID, the locations from where the kidnapper telephoned were identified and informed to the police. Till that time when he was in Chennai, he could not be apprehended in spite of the sincere efforts taken by the Tamilnadu State Police. Later, it was learnt that he had then moved to Hyderabad. The City Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad was kind enough to take up the task and finally the Sub-Inspector of Police, Task Force was able to catch the kidnapper on 22nd, January, 2006.

Statement of the Kidnapper:
When the news that the kidnapper had been arrested by the police reached my ears, it was as impressive as getting the baby back. Who can change the fate designed by the Almighty? During interrogation, the kidnapper was so obstinate as not to open his mouth on the whereabouts of the baby. The police interrogation report stated that he strangled the baby to death. But no credential evidence were there to believe the false confession of the kidnapper.
Polygraph, Brain mapping and Narco-analysis Tests – Of little Use in the Case:
The kidnapper was then subjected to the scientific tests of Polygraph, Brain Mapping and Narcoanalysis Test. The outcome of these tests established that the kidnapper had not murdered the baby. But the exact whereabouts of the baby could not be known, as the kidnapper, during these tests, had stated that he left the baby near a park (near Woodlands Hotel) in the Tirumala Hills, Tirupathi.
The members of the family, friends and relatives – all are much worried about the whereabouts the baby, her wellness and pray the Almighty for her reunion with the family.
